Greetings delegates! My name is Dylan, and I am the Crisis Director for The Havana Conference, 1946 committee. This was a major convening of American Mafia leaders in Havana, Cuba, and is a pivotal moment in the mafia's history.

I love learning about and studying the mafia, and I hope this committee will give you a fun, educational opportunity to step into the shoes of some major crime leaders from the 1940s. I am very excited to share this experience with you all, and I look forward to meeting you in Bloomington!
