HoosierMUN accepts payments by check, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. After submitting the registration form, you will be contacted by the USG of Finance with a detailed invoice and payment instructions. Payment is due for all priority and regular resgistrants on February 17th. Payment for late registrants is due February 24th. In the event of any unusual circumstances, please keep the Secretariat informed as needed!

In the event your delegation size needs to change, increase or decrease, please contact secgen@hoosiermun.com immediately. Increasing your delegation size will not result in any additional fees outside of the registration for for the additional delegates. A reduction in delegation size could potentially entitle your delegation to a partial refund, depending upon the date of the request. Delegation fees are non-refundable.

Committee preferences and position assignments will be distributed to schools after proof of payment, or proof that the school’s funding board has approved payment, is received. Early registrants will be given precedence in committee allocations, according to their preferences.
